Fort Atkinson, WI – PremierBank’s Chairman. President and CEO Russ Turk is pleased to announce the promotions of the following bank employees: Silvia Donday-Selenske, Luchika Lamick, Kathleen Rolfs, Timothy Smith, and Matt Zastrow. Turk said that each of these individuals, “are visionary contributors to our team and embody the core values that are of utmost importance to our organization.”
Silvia Donday-Selenske was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Loan Officer. Donday-Selenske has worked in banking for 23 years in various capacities and has been a bilingual mortgage lender for 20 years. She is involved with the Immigrant Support Network (Janesville) and the Stateline Literacy Council.
Luchika Lamick was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Lamick, who is fluent in four languages, has two master’s degrees, including one in Accounting and Financial Management. She has held various positions in the financial industry over the course of her banking career including retail, operations, credit, and accounting. Lamick is also a director of PremierBank and its holding company.
Kathleen Rolfs was promoted to Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, and is responsible for oversight of all marketing, public relations, and communications initiatives. A graduate of UW-Madison, Rolfs has worked in community bank marketing since 2003. She currently serves on the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Marketing and Financial Literacy Committees.
Timothy Smith was promoted to Loan Officer after working in multiple areas of PremierBank during the last four years. Smith has 22 years of experience working in the financial industry and is currently serving as treasurer of the Fort Atkinson Kiwanis Club, and he is a committee member of the Fort Atkinson Frosty Rock Run event.
Matt Zastrow was promoted to First Vice President, Chief Lending Officer.
Zastrow has worked in the financial services industry for the past two decades building his expertise in commercial and business lending. He oversees all commercial, residential, and consumer lending. Zastrow received his undergraduate degree from UW-Whitewater and is a current member of Watertown Rotary. He also serves as a board member for the Watertown Redevelopment Authority.
