Fort Atkinson, WI– December 2024 – PremierBank, a locally-owned community bank based in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin has announced the addition of Rick Lowry to its Board of Directors.

Lowry recently retired as President of Jones Dairy Farm, where he played a key role in driving record-setting revenue for the Fort Atkinson-based company. Prior to joining Jones, Lowry held executive roles at Sara Lee Corporation for nearly two decades. His career at Sara Lee began at Hillshire Farm, where he was instrumental in launching the Hillshire Farm Deli Select line of lunchmeats.

Lowry’s professional experience leading public and private global brands is wide-ranging, covering general management, sales, marketing, research and development, operations, manufacturing, and quality assurance, with additional expertise in risk and crisis management. He holds a master’s degree in food science from the University of Florida, as well as an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and a Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Missouri. He is the proud father of three adult children and grandfather of five.

In addition to his professional achievements, Lowry, along with his late wife, Jennifer, has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving the local community. Together they shared a deep passion for serving those facing food insecurity and were founding partners of Feed Your Soul, a Christian organization that provides free weekly community meals in Fort Atkinson and Janesville, Wisconsin, having served over 85,000 meals to date. The Lowrys also organized and led the Jefferson County, Wisconsin Feed My Starving Children “MobilePack” event, where more than 1,000 volunteers packed nearly 300,000 nutritious meals to feed 770 children for a full year.
