Steve has been with PremierBank for 24 years as a universal lender. Before that, he spent six years working in business banking underwriting at another bank in Milwaukee and Dallas.

Steve has been married to his wife, Nicole, for over 20 years. Together, they have two children: Olivia and James. As a family, they enjoy spending summers at their family cottage. He is also a lifelong fan of the Packers and Badgers and loves to play golf.

Matt began his banking career in 2003 as a teller. After several years of advancing his education in finance, he transitioned to a loan officer role in 2006. As a universal lender, Matt can originate both consumer and commercial loans. He places a strong emphasis on effective communication, financial literacy, and active listening when working with his customers.
